Happy Humpday Loves,
Are you guys ready for Thanksgiving? I’m sooo ready and excited. I’m flying out of Houston to San Francisco to visit my family Monday night right after work. I’m hoping I won’t miss my flight lol.
For me, Thanksgiving is something that I need to cherish with my family every year. One year I wasn’t able to go back home, I was so depressed and didn’t want to socialize with anyone, so I ended up staying home alone and did absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, as much as Matin wants to go to SF with me this Thanksgiving, he is not able to because of his work. Plus, Guess what? Somebody needs to make money and pay the bills lol.
I’m hoping for a cold front weather in SF while I’m there. Honestly, all I want to take with me is different jackets and coats.
Glen Plaid Jacket
This Glen Plaid jacket will be my bestie there. You guys know how much I’m into all sorts of different menswear clothing, especially jackets lol. Remember the blog, I rocked Matin’s jacket in New Orleans?
Also, we talked about how much I love the Glen Plaid patterns on ” The Glen Plaid Jumpsuit Blog” and you guys seemed to really like it on Instagram. Glen Plaid just makes the outfit look cool and edgy. I’m usually into oversized blazer/jackets, so I decided to go with something a tad bit different this time.
I love the fit and length of this Glen Plaid Jacket. The A-line cut makes the waist look smaller than what it is. This Gray Jacket is a great fall neutral to incorporate with almost anything in your wardrobe. I wore this Glen Plaid jacket with a pair of mid-rise skinny jeans and Vintage Sling Back Chanel Shoes to brunch last week. You can wear this type of jackets with leather pants to slay or wear them with a pair of high-waist Flare trousers for a business chic look.
You guys know how lazy I am with carrying a handbag, so I wrapped up my look by rocking my favorite YSL wristlet wallet. I hope You Guys are enjoying the Glen Plaid come back trend as much as I do.
